As part of Portland Design Month, this event is one of three activities to welcome attendees into Holgate Library to explore how the deeply participatory design process for this brand new library led to a similarly engaged public art process.
This facilitated panel discussion provides an opportunity to hear from key Holgate Library project team members on the engagement, including voices from Multnomah County Library, the architecture & engagement teams, an artist with work in the new Holgate Library and the Regional Arts & Culture Council (RACC).
