Finding newspapers and other periodicals in the library catalog can be difficult. When you find a newspaper, it can be challenging to see which dates are available. This list will help you locate archives of Oregon newspapers, in print and microfilm format. Newspapers in this list are still being published regularly.
To find older newspapers, see the list of historical local newspapers you can find at the library. That list focuses on newspapers which have stopped publishing.
If you’re new to newspaper research, learn about all the tools the library has to help you investigate the past with local newspapers. And don’t forget, many historical and current newspapers are available online.
